Arma 3 Epoch is fun, especially with the base building and the new creatures instead of zombies is a welcomed change. Simple solution: use a different tag to identify your servers.Been playing both recently and have been a long time Epoch fan since it's earlier days from the DayZ mod. Of course, we don't have as many players on our ExileMod server nowadays, but it doesn't give you the right to try and hijack another group's identity. If you were around during the height of the ArmA 2 DayZ mod days, you would know that we were one of many fairly large DayZ groups at that time and we had multiple servers with many players. The fact that you guys would choose a tag that's clearly already being used, and has been for some time, baffles me. Instead of arguing and trying to belittle us, why not simply change your tag to something unique so there is no confusion? I believe your players and ours will greatly appreciate it as it will lead to less confusion overall. I would suggest using a different tag other than "AWG", as it's already taken.ĮDIT: Check for yourself how long we have been around vs your group: */ */ We have worked hard to establish ourselves in the ArmA community and many players can vouch for the integrity of our group. Warning to all: These servers are NOT owned by us, but they are using the same clan tag. Most of the complaints are regarding poor management of the servers and admin abuse. We get a constant stream of people coming to us complaining of issues on these fake "AWG" servers. It's a shame because a lot of players are thinking your servers are hosted by us, which they are not.
And the fact that you guys use the exact same tag, in the exact same format in your server names, seems like it was done on purpose. If the founders of your group had done 5 minutes of research, they would have realized that another community uses the name AWG (Anzu's War Games), and was established long before yours. You guys really should not use clan tags that belong to other groups which have been around much, much longer than you.
